What is system ?
The system is and organised collection of interrelated and interdependent of data to work together to achieve a common goal .
Characteristics of system
(1) organisation :- it works order aur structure .
This structure is Hierarchical.
(2) interaction :-manner in which each component and function which interact other component of function .
Eg:- business system, purchasing department of production
(3) interdependent :- it depends upon another.
Eg:-input and output system
(4) integration :-it works holism how a system is tied together achieving centre gold is a more important than individual parts output
(5) objective:-predetermined goals.
Eg:-business system is the goal of undering profit.
Classification of system
There are mainly 2 types systems
(1) manual system:- in this types of system human beings are used as processor. Human beings is the expensive and performance of This system depends on human beings.
(2) automatic system:- in this types of system any electrical or mechanical devices used as processor in this system.
Difference between manual and automatic System.
(1) in this types of system human being are used as processor.
In this types of system any electrical or mechanical devices used as processor .
(2) it is more consuming time.
It is less consuming time.
(3) it is tired to work.
It is not tired to work.
(4) it is more error prone.
It is less error prone.
(5) it can accept Limited amount of input at a time.
It can take large amount of input at a time.
(6) it is less efficiency for large amount of work.
It is more efficiency for large amount of work.

Real life business system
In our daily life business system is more important system which contain many sub system known as business system.
There are following real life business systems.
(1) production
(2) personal
(3) sales and marketing
(4) material

What is system analyst ?
System analyst is a person who is responsible for development of new system for organisation and for proper working. System analyst first of all understand the the environment of new organisation and then collect the requirement of the organisation from organisation member.
Need of system analyst.
(1) to develop a new system for
an Organisation to fill the specific requirements of the organisation
(2) if the response time of old system become low.
(3) if the system does not generate the required outputs.
(4) if any company will not working for proper to manage the company
.
Role of system analyst.
System analyst is responsible for analysing designing and implementing system to fulfill of organisation need.
There are several role of system analyst.
1. Defining IT requirement of the organisation.
2. Setting priority among requirement.
3. Gathering data and fact.
4. Analysing and evolution.
5. Problem solving.
6. Drawing specification
7. Designing a system.
8. Evolution system.
Academic qualification of system analyst.
There are several qualification of system analyst.
1. A system analyst should be at least graduate.
2. A system analyst should have known as some programming language.
Such as c, c++,c# ,java etc.
3. A system analyst must have a knowledge of testing coding and maintenance of system.
4. System analyst should have talent in Software and Hardware specification.
Personal qualification of system analyst.
1. System analyst should have ability to listen user requirement and analyse them.
2. After analysing the requirement of system analyst should take perfect decision
3. System analyst should have minimum 1 and 2 year experience in software designing and testing.
4. A system analyst should have perfect language of all the phases of system development life cycle.
5. A system analyst should be familiar with business environment.
